  1. The absolute worst experience in a fast food restaurant. Took over 20 minutes to get my salad, bathroom had not been cleaned in so long, I really didn’t even want to eat after I used their facilities. Manager was rude to the kid working. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but at least be clean and some what quick. I understand it will never be a “fast” experience there but by the time I got my food, I had 10 minutes to eat and get back to office. I have been there twice in 6 months, both terrible experience!

    I will not return to the Alma, MI location.

  2. This was one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to over the years the floors are covered in grease (stop using the mop and bucket from the fryer area on the customer floor). They had just cleaned the customer area so it could be closed and they had pickles on the walls the only concern they appeared to have was getting off work.

  3. We bought lunch today at Wendy’s Restaurant # 00003747 today. My husband ordered Baconator Double sandwich. When we stopped to eat our order, we found that he got some kind of super-spicy chicken sandwich. There was no way that we had time to return to get the correct sandwich. We are very disappointed in Wendy’s.

    I tried to get to the talktowendys.com survey website, but it took me to this one. I think that the order number is 3081 or 40082, but I’m not sure, because the receipt doesn’t say that either of those is an order number.

  4. I visited the Wendy’s Restaurant at 145 S. Western Ave. last week, and the service was phenomenal. I was in the car with my family and I was having a bad coughing spell, due to allergy and asthma. The worker who took my order, paused, asked me if I was okay, and if I needed water. I told him thank you, I was okay, and I had water. He patiently waited for my coughing spell to stop, took my order, and the next thing I know, there was another worker walking towards my car with a cold cup of water. With everything that is going in the world today, including the pandemic, you just don’t find people showing acts of kindness anymore and I truly want to thank him and the staff that were working with him that day. I usually never receive a receipt when I visit this location, but I received one that day and wanted to make sure those workers knew that I appreciated them for taking the time to make sure the customer was okay. God is Good!!!

  5. I live near your Wendy’s #00001886 in Naples, Florida and am a patron about every other week. I stopped in this morning to receive once again exceptional service from joyful and polite staff. I found out the specific staff members names are Armani and Tommie. They are fabulous! Customer Service is often non-existent these days and continues to decline rapidly. So it is truly refreshing to be able to share this experience. Shout out to the Wendy’s staff and particularly to Tommie and Armani — THANK YOU for making your customers smile 🙂

  6. This Wendy’s was significantly disappointing. Waiting 20+ minutes and received a cold burger. This is unacceptable. The tea was diluted and undrinkable. There were no paper towels in the men’s restroom. The floors were so slippery that they were dangerous. This is the second and last time I will ever go to this Wendy’s.   8. I ordered a Medium Spicy Chicken Combo today at the store#3084. First of all I was is sticker shock it was $13.31 which included the tax. The fries say on the box Hot & Crispy. They were cold. I went through drive thru and did not have time to go back once I got my lunch back to my office. I had not been to a Wendy’s in a long time as I usually bring my lunch. I probably won’t be back for a long time. Hot & Crispy not even close.

  9. on monday, jul 18. 2022, i pulled in to wendy’s at 3639 victory dr in columbus ga. i ordered a small frosty and a small order of fries. after receiving my order, my fries were sone cold, way past luke warm. i was in a rush to get to a doctor’s appointment, so i did not get back in line to voice my complaint. my ticket nr was #3196.

  10. I was never able to pull up the survey, this is the only thing that was pulled up when I selected the SURVEY option. We went to store #7958 on 7/19/22 and #553 was our order #. We ordered a LG. Strawberry lemonade that tasted like regular lemonade. A LG strawberry frosty and a LG chocolate frosty. And 3 LG fries. I took pictures of the frostys and neither looked to be LG maybe med. The fries were almost cold.
    People have been telling me that the best strawberry lemonade is Wendy’s, I think you guys have been beat by a long shot. We were very disappointed with this visit.

  11. I ordered an apple pecan Salad (no chicken). Order #3273 on July 20 at 4:42 pm. In Barrie, Ontario at drive thru window.

    I brought salad home and refrigerated immediately. When I ate, at 6pm I was very disappointed. The apples were not fresh and crispy, but soggy. Some of the lettuce was wilted, some was brown and mushy. Either this salad was not made today, or it was not refrigerated once it was made. I threw it out.

    Why would I want additional, free products when you didn’t prepare the salad I paid for properly?

  13. Restaurant 3348, West Patrick Street, Frederick, MD. 7/21/22 at 9:04 pm The Host was Niva. What a real pleasure to deal with. The coms worked perfectly. I overheard him be very kind to the patron in front of me. He clarified what she asked for just to make sure she would get what they wanted. He thanked me for visiting his Wendy’s before taking my order. His demeanor was great. The young gentleman who took my card was also very professional. From a customer service standpoint, this team gets the highest marks. The Dave’s single was perfect and the Fries were better than any other fast food place. Hot, salty, almost crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. I’m not normally a fast food guy, but my experience will bring me back. I’m glad they were working late so I didn’t have to make dinner.

  14. Food is good but service was unacceptable. Price on the board for single combo is $8.39, however, Brooke asked if I wanted medium or large drink so I said medium. At the window the price was $10.00. When I debated the price, Brooke said they have to upsale to make sales so they don’t offer a small drink. This sales method is unacceptable to me so I won’t be going back to Wendy’s. Furthermore when I left, I wasn’t given nor did I ask for the drink. Double whammy for Wendy’s. v c

  15. I am trying to take the Wendy’s Survey, but I can’t get it to work. We love Wendy’s and stop there EVERY time we are in Pampa. We love the BIGGIE BAG deal….My husband eats the nuggets and fries and I eat the cheeseburger. He loves the bacon off my burger! It is a perfect combination. We were so glad when Pampa got a Wendy’s. The store is always clean and the staff is nice. And yes, we will return to Wendy’s the next time we are in Pampa, Texas!

  16. I have always been a fan of Wendy’s hamburgers. Recently I attended a restaurant on eastern Ave in Henderson NV. Very disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of the establishment.

    The personnel behind the counter was very unprofessional. Teenagers acting like children no supervision the person at the counter didn’t say hello or acknowledge us when we walked in the door walked up to the counter. He didn’t say hi can I help you or anything we asked him if he was having a nice day he said uh huh. His pants were dirty he had jeans on they were filthy he did not have his visor on he didn’t have a hairnet on his visor was in his pocket he took our order and when we received our hamburger it was not fresh like Wendy’s advertises. Dry and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, it was 8:00pm, .

    There were 2 managers, they had visors on.

    The restaurant we wanted to sit and have our sandwich was so dirty I couldn’t find a clean table. The floor was dirty the floor smelled bad I was very disappointed in this restaurant. There were two managers on duty but they were like 20 years old and they were enjoying playing with the rest of the workers in behind the counter.

    It was late when we ate my sister and I were hungry. Otherwise, we would have wanted our money back and go somewhere else.

    We brought it to the attention of one of the managers how disappointed we were and all he said was sorry he listened but I don’t think he understood from our point of view how bad it looked. I was so disappointed.

    Please have someone check this out and see what we are talking about.

    With cleanliness being a very important picture at this time due to COVID. I thought maybe we learned something about keeping things clean. I know it’s difficult with the public.

  18. Found random plastic inside my dbl stack tonight.. i took pictures as well. Never had this before at your establishment.

    Bit into my burger and halfway through eating and then clear thin plastic came out of inbetween the burger patties.. I spit it out immediately. And felt sick to my stomach afterwards.

    I understand it being late and it being the night crew, but theres no reason for it!

    Location is a 24/7 next to highway 75 off of the 341 dunnellon exit here in ocala florida.

    Very disappointed!!

  19. went to drive thru on 3190 towne blvd middletown oh 45044. the wait in line was way too long! last time there (a couple mths ago food was good) our order was 35.76, order number 3234, every ones food was good except their fries were cold. How ever my order sucked! i asked for a spicy ck sandwich plain except i wanted extra tomato on it, it was a reg ck sand. with lettuce,mayo and 1 tomato. Also ordered a baked potato w/ butter and sour cream, got home it had alot of cheese on it (no cheese wanted) it did have a butter and sour cream in bag, pot. was nasty! Also did you all cut the chik sandwiches down in size? Was disappointed because our visit there a couple mths ago all food was great!

  20. I stopped for lunch at Wendy’s #8327, Northland Dr., 49525 at about 11:30 AM on Thursday, July 28. I was the only person at the counter waiting for service the entire time. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes before anyone came to wait on me, although numerous employees were right there and available to take my order. I am not referring to those working the grill or performing other obvious tasks. When an employee finally did take my order, it is obvious that he didn’t know what he was doing. I ordered a double combo with chili instead of fries, and a chocolate chip cookie. He first overcharged me for the cookie even though there was a sign right there saying 99 cents. Then he didn’t know how to credit me for the difference. Another employee came over and showed him how. Then when I got to the side to pick up my order, I was told that they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies, just sugar cookies. This was at 11:30–early in the day, and before they could have sold out during the lunch rush. When I told him to just cancel the cookie, he again had no clue how to do it. Finally another employee came over and gave me cash back out of the drawer rather than credit my charge card. This entire time I was still the only customer in line. I understand that these are difficult times and I normally am very patient, especially with obviously new employees. There were two things that prompted me to write in this case. 1. Although the employees waiting on me was obviously in over his head, no one was supervising or tried to help him until way too late in the game. 2. This is a general complaint that applies to more than just this visit. It is obvious that customers at the drive-up window receive priority over inside customers. It is frustrating to see (and I have observed this on numerous occasions) several drive-up customers get their orders while people at the counter are left standing there. I really like Wendy’s food, but with this kind of treatment of your customers, I can certainly spend my money elsewhere. And, in closing, I will say that I have worked in a high pressure fast food restaurant myself, so I have some experience to base my observations on.

    Today was a disaster!

    Using point saved I order a salad no bleu cheese-Guess what got bleu chees
    Guess what-No points applied and I had to pay $7.59
    Using points I ordered small fries. Guess what-no points applied and I paid $2.39
    This should not happen! Your staff doesnt know what they are doing and I lost my points.
    SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR ANTHER ESTABLISHMENT? NOT HAPPY CAMPER!

  22. I went store # 12319 (1970 W Glendale) 9:09 am order # 3012 for breakfast and not one but two of your employees were great, Yelica took my drive in order, and Jay brought my food to me. The frosty machine wasn’t ready yet, so he brought me an oatmeal cookie instead. I’ve never tried one before it was still warm from the oven!! There was a little mix-up on my order and Yelica corrected the issue right away. It’s the serve that will make me go out of my way to go to this store Talktowendys
